Cucumber sandwiches, and a tasty intro.

Pooh loves honey and so do I. I also love to eat and I love to cook, especially desserts.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in February 2008.

I have found several ways to still enjoy good food and cooking it. On this blog I want to share so that you may enjoy it too. After all,food with good nutrition and less sugar is good for everyone!

One of my favorite low-carb recipies is cucumber sandwiches.

You will need: Cucumber slices,cream cheese,dill,and crackers. Spread the cream cheese on the crackers then add a slice of cucumber on it, sprinkle shredded dill on top and enjoy!
