Hawaiian Meatballs

Here is another of my favorite recipes:

a little milk for in case balls do not form

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

2/3 c. bread crumbs

1/3 c. minced onions

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ginger

1 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 can pineapple tidbits

1/3 c. vinegar

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Mix meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, ginger, and milk (if

needed). Shape mixture by rounding tablespoons into balls. Grease a large pan and place balls

into it. bake at 350 until done. Take meatballs out of the oven to cool. Mix cornstarch, sugar,

pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce over medium heat until smooth and thick. Pour onto

meatballs and let them sit for about ten minutes.

ENJOY!

As everyone knows, it is only supposed to take twenty-one days to make a habit. So, I challenge anyone who reads my blog but does not read their bible everyday, to read one chapter of John a day. This is just a way to get into a habit of reading it every day, you can read any other book in the bible, I just suggested John because it has twenty-one chapters. I did this, so I know it is possible.

Sorry it's so random:P

This is a realy good shake:

1cup yogurt (prefereably flavored with vanilla)
1/2- 3/4 cup berries of any kind ( my favorite is rasberries)
honey to taste
chocolate syrup to taste, optional
a little milk to thin it

Scoop it all into a blender and mix until creamy. Pour and enjoy!

Yes, I know it is short, and easy, but it is REALY good!
