By Your Side

I was listening to the radio, and this song came up. I have heard it before, and love it. It's by Tenth Avenue North, in the album Over and Underneath, and the song is By Your Side.
It is just amazing!

Why are you striving these days
Why are you trying to earn grace
Why are you crying
Let me lift up your face
Just don't turn away

Why are you looking for love
Why are you still searching as if I'm not enough
To where will you go child
Tell me where will you run
To where will you run

And I'll be by your side
Wherever you fall
In the dead of night
Whenever you call
And please don't fight
These hands that are holding you
My hands are holding you

Look at these hands and my side
They swallowed the grave on that night
When I drank the world's sin
So I could carry you in
And give you life
I want to give you life

(Chorus 2x)

Cause I, I love you
I want you to know
That I, I love you
I'll never let you go

(Chorus 2x)

We all need to remember that Jesus will always be there when we need him. He will never leave, and we don't need anymore. I hope this song inspires you!

New recipe

I apologize for not posting sooner, my life has been very busy. But anyway, today I was looking through my recipes, and remembered something I had not done before. A year or so ago, I made this for New Years day dinner with green beans, mashed potatoes and rolls. I used a whole chicken, but you can also use chicken breast, but it has to have skin.

Orange Rosemary Chicken:

chicken with skin
butter
rosemary
several oranges

Preheat oven to 375. Slice two oranges, and juice the rest. Set these aside. Place the chicken in a large pan, soften butter, and mix rosemary into it. Spread herbed butter under the skin of the chicken. Pour orange juice over chicken, and place orange slices under the chicken skin. Cover with foil, and bake until completely done.
You can serve this with any sides you want, and it is also good cold and shredded up in a salad, with dried cranberries.
