My summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For my birthday my parents got me 3 cooking classes!!!! I have already done 1. For that I learned how to make crepes. It was FUN!!!!!!

I have made two batches for church potlucks. Our church LOVES them!

Here is the recipe-

Crepes Bretonns- (the breading) Equipment-

1 C, 2Tbs, flour measuring cups and spoons

1/3 C ,sugar medium bowl

pinch of salt large bowl

1 1/3C,milk spoon

2 Tbs, butter melted whisk

2tbs, water nonstick skillet about 8"

2, eggs plastic spatula

wax paper or plastic wrap

plate

1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Place milk, butter, water and eggs in a medium bowl and whisk together well.

2. Pour liquid ingredients SLOWLY into dry ingredients combining with a whisk. You should want to combine slowly to prevent lumps from forming. The batter should be almost liquid. Put batter in fridge for around 20 minutes.

3. Heat skillet on medium heat (do not grease). Pour a scant 1/4C batter on skillet and swirl until no holes. cook until slightly brown on edges, carefully lift to check doneness. It will come up clean if done, flip over if done. Cook on that side until it slides off easily.\

4. Place crepe on a plate and then place a square of plastic wrap or waxed paper over it to prevent sticking. Continue until batter is gone.

You can spread either whip cream and sliced strawberries or cream cheese on it and roll up.

5. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
