Yummy Pizza!!!!!!!

Hi, here are some recipes from my pizza cooking class:

Pizza dough:

· 1pk active rapid-rise dry yeast

· 1C warm milk

· 1tsp salt

· 3C all-purpose flour

· 2Tbsp virgin olive oil

· 1tsp sugar

1. In small wet bowl mix yeast, sugar, and warm water and leave standing for 5 minutes.

2. In a bowl mix salt, flour 1Tbsp olive oil, and yeast mixture mix with wooden spoon until dough forms a ball.

3. Turn dough out on a counter top lightly dusted with flour and knead until dough is smooth.

4. Lightly oil a mixing bowl and place dough in it, set a towel over it and let dough rise in a warm area for1-2 hours until it has doubled size.

5. Punch down dough and place on a surface dusted with flour. Divide the dough. Knead for 6 minutes and gently stretch by hand, otherwise gently roll dough to desired dimensions.

6. Place dough on baking sheet. Makes 4, 12 in crusts or 8 individual.

7. Bake at 450Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

8. ENJOY

Rolled pizza:

· ½ recipe pizza dough

· 2C mozzarella cheese, shredded

· 7oz. meat of your choice such as thinly sliced prosciutto, ham, or salami, ore chopped bacon, pepperoni, or Canadian bacon.

· 1C torn baby spinach

· 1Tbsp olive oil

· Salt

· Pizza sauce for dipping

· Extra flour for rolling dough out

1. Position oven rack in the lower 1/3 of the oven and preheat to 425 Fahrenheit. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. On a lightly flour surface roll out pizza dough to a 12-14 inch diameter. Sprinkle ½ cheese over dough. Arrange with meat in a single layer, sprinkle on other ½ cheese, and spinach over the top.

3. Roll into a Jelly roll like shape and baste with olive oil and salt. Place seam side down on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow pizza to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into ¾ inch slices. Serves 6
