Best or worst trick-or-treating candy

"What is Halloween without piles of candy- and what is candy without all the fat and sugar?" says msnbc. My dad showed me this article this morning. Msnbc did an article about the best and worst trick-or-treating candy. They said that the top best five trick-or-treating candy are:

1. 3 jolly ranchers these hard candies have 70 calories, no fat, and 11 grams of sugar.
2. 1 18 gram blow pop which have 60 calories, no fat, and 13 grams of sugar.
3. 9 gobstoppers which have 60 calories, no fat, and 14 grams of sugar.
4. 7 pixy stix which have 60 calories, no fat, and 15 grams of sugar.
5. 19 candy corns which have 140 calories, no fat, and 32 grams of sugar.

For the worst they put these:

1. 1 full size 18-gram Mr Goodbar which has 250 calories, 17 grams of fat, and 23 grams of sugar.
2. 1 full size 51-gram nut-rageous which has 260 calories, 16 grams of fat, and 22 grams of sugar.
3. 1 full size 59-gram snickers bar which has 280 calories, 14 grams of fat, and 30 grams of sugar.
4. 1 full size 60-gram baby Ruth which has 280 calories, 14 grams of fat, and 33 grams of sugar.
5. 1 full size 49-gram mounds which has 230 calories, 13 grams of fat, and 21 grams of sugar.

The problem with this article is that for example they compared 3 jolly ranchers with a full size snickers bar. All of the "best" candy is strait sugar. All except the mounds in the "worst" candy has fat because of the nuts, and in some, the coconut. Both coconut and nuts have protein and nutrition, so I don't think it is fair to compare strait sugar with no fat with a nutritious nut bar. Also dark chocolate is not bad for you as long as you don't eat a lot every day.
